Atbaag is two things under one name: the Atbaag app, for discovering and rating restaurants through your friend circle, and the Atbaag ordering platform, which lets partner restaurants take online pre-orders and facilitates payment for their customers. Using either service means you agree to these terms.

Signing in to Atbaag requires a phone number verified with a one-time code (OTP) sent over WhatsApp or SMS, or Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping that code confidential and for any activity on your account after verification. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

For pre-orders placed through the Atbaag ordering platform, payment is processed either through the restaurant's own Moyasar account or through the Atbaag platform's Moyasar account on the restaurant's behalf, depending on each partner's setup. Pre-orders are paid at pickup unless the ordering flow clearly states otherwise. Each restaurant partner sets its own no-show policy, which may include a fee or order cancellation if the order isn't collected within the stated window.

Refund requests are handled by the restaurant that took the order. Atbaag facilitates ordering and payment but doesn't hold customer funds and doesn't unilaterally approve or deny refunds. Contact the restaurant directly for any issue with a specific order; if you can't reach a resolution, contact us and we'll help mediate.

You may not use Atbaag to post fake or misleading ratings, impersonate someone else, attempt to access other users' accounts or data without permission, misuse our APIs, or try to bypass rate limits or anti-abuse protections. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

These terms govern customer use of the Atbaag app and platform. Restaurants that join as partners are governed by a separate, individually signed partner agreement (covering fees, plan limits, and account activation) sent and accepted independently of this page.

By adding or verifying a phone number, you agree to receive operational WhatsApp messages related to your account and orders (such as OTP codes, order status updates, and registration-application status). These are operational, not marketing, messages and can't be opted out of while your account remains active and you continue using the related services.

Atbaag is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atbaag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including — without limitation — food quality, restaurant information accuracy, or any dispute between a user and a restaurant. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amounts you paid to Atbaag (if any) in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify signed-in users in-app before the change takes effect.
